Is there a way to set up that viewers are aloud to see the front page (tiny portal) block articles etc and not have them access to the forum. I notice if i disable under configurtion settings not to have the viewers see the board, it won't show the front page. What do i do?
You need to change the permissions for each and every board..
Admin > Boards > Modify Boards > Allowed Groups.
Un-check Guests.. Save..
Do this for every board.
Just dissable the blocks from the frontpage
Admin/TinyPortal/Settings/Panels Turn of the blocks on frontpage and have them visible in the forum only
Admin/TinyPortal/Settings/frontpage/ Set to show only articles
I followed Zetan's directions and i achieve the goal i was trying to meet however instead of the article showing up it donesn't work. We know that when an access is denied a regestar box pop up instead thats not the case i just have a big blank page with the left block visible. what do i do or should i go back let quests see the board posts?

Okay... My error, apologies.
You need to switch all the guest options back on for each board.
Then goto:
Admin > Configuration/Features and Options > Basic Features > Allow Guests To Browse The Forums [No]
That was my fault, I've never disallowed guests from browsing my forum.
That should work now.

Welcome.. You might need to change some front page permissions in blocks/articles if you want guests to be able to see all of the front page.
This doesnt work. it is only viewable (the front page article and blocks) when i enable have viwers see the forum.
