Looks like some of your files may not have been modified properly during your TP install or something. Verify that all the lines in the Sources files have been added by following the manual install guide in the docs section.

When you install to that host (free account) you have to install the forum to it's separate folder under the public root.
They have adds that make the forum and TP to shoot out errors we cant controll.

Yes, but as i understand this is only needed if you have their FREE webhost services, not if you have paid for their hosting.
They have some add engine for the free hosting accounts, an that engine is the reason for the errors if you have intalled SMF to the public folder directly.
The "workaround" for this is to create a forum folder as you said and install SMF there instead.

You can move the entire forum to a new folder yes.
Through FTP you download the entire forum an files, then upload everything to the new forum folder.
Then fetch the repair_settings.php from SMF forums downloadsection and upload it to the new folder, point the browser to the file and change the paths to the new folder. Refresh and the forum should be moved and working.
