When I tried to access my site this morning this error displayed where TP should have loaded:
Error writing file '/tmp/MYhFpQGO' (Errcode: 28)
File: ../Sources/TPortal.php

I managed to get in and disable the ShoutBox, which got rid of that error at least for now.
I discovered there are a few other things not working (i.e. arcade) and I can't access phpMyAdmin, so obviously there has been some sort of problem at my host..
That was my first thought when i read your first post

Isent something that has with eather SMF or TP to do at all
