Title: Older versions?
Post by: techbot on May 06, 2007, 02:06:01 AM
I just read a (locked) thread where you guys don't keep older versions?  Come on...most open source software communities keep SOME kind of archive.  Seriously...even Red Hat offers at least down to Linux 7.3 on their FTP.  Firefox? Same thing.

I've tried the newer version on my SMF forum (running 1.1.2) and it just WON'T take.  I wanted to try using the older TP to see if I can get that running at least.

Please reconsider keeping an archive.  I know the whole "moving forward" bit, but at least give us the option.

Negative. Older versions have bugs and too many fixes for us to keep supporting them along the latest release. If you can't get it to work on your forum then post your problems so we can help.
