Hi guys, I've been wondering if is it possible to redirect files from external urls not just my downloads folder. For example other site.

If not, I think there should be a code or something to make a html file instead the file and redirect from there, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the digg Porky, is not solved, they say it will be implemented till the 1.0 version is out.

So, is there a way to make an html or php code and place it instead of the file so it can open a new page that redirects the file location.

I suppose there is nothing wrong with you making a article/block, and having links to your downloads, that way you could restrict who could download said files with the member groups.

As it is now, you cannot redirect downloads. You'll have to wait for the feature to be implemented into TP.
