Ok, I'm sure everyone is going to think I'm a complete retard because it's sooo obvious, but I sure can't find it.

And yes, I have read every article about the download manager that the search results showed me.

I just want to know how the user gets to the download page? I have added every type of block I can think of, changed to the default theme to see if there were any links to it that my current theme didnt have built in, etc and the only way I see to get to the download page is from the download manager control panel in the admin section.

I want normal users to be able to browser files, upload files, etc, but for the life of me I don't see how to access

Did you enable a sitemap block?

Ah... no I didnt. Thats probably the only thing I DIDNT do. A whole new area unfolds. Amazing
