Virtual web server on a USB pen drive or hard disk.
It has Apache, MySQL and PHP, you can install and test SMF and TP locally, you can also import your database to test your online install safely.
Best of all its all freeware / opensource.

**MODS, this isnt spam, its a genuine tool that is free gpl software, i am running it now and have installed and removed loads of forums etc**
