i have 1.10 version  can i  download tiny portal 98  to my smf forum  what themes are compatible

According to the package information it is, but if you have problems, getting support may be difficult because I doubt that there are any of the support team who have that combination. Better to upgrade your SMF and then install Tiny Portal.
