...when I am coming to edit a block there ar no english options here (see screenshot).
what I did up to now to search a solution:
searched the forum  8) (=> found some hints)
reinstalled TP098 via package-manager (=> no change)
made a manual install (=  > no change)

Everything is working fine except this. Is it a matter of language files? or a matter of some TP-templates.php files? I'm happy about any help (and call me a dump if you think ::)

smf1.1.2 TP 098 bridged with cpg1.4.10

I seem to have the same problem. When I log into admin and on the left side the TP block comes up but there is nothing in it to control or manage blocks. How do I fix this? Rumor has that it is a language thing. This is on a SMF 1.1.2 But when I install TP it says my language is english and the ut 8 thing. Thanks Ranger

under server settings in your admin panel change your forum language to english not english utf

Read the text on the image again ;)

EXEPT !! English as it's the default language.
You have all the other languages support for your forum listed there, but the English will not show as it's the Default language.
