After updating to the latest version of tinyportal (through the package manager) I'm getting the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ssi_shutdown() (previously declared in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/waaromgod.nl/httpdocs/newforum/SSI.php:187) in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/waaromgod.nl/httpdocs/newforum/SSI.php on line 189
Any ideas how to fix this?
I can't enter the forum (and the admin area)
see: http://forum.waaromgod.nl/
Thanks in advance
If you can get to your admin panel, edit and dissable the ssi block/s you have activated and see if the error goes away.
I can't get into my admin panel...
isn't That something to do with duplicated code? look at your SSI.php file see if any code is in twice
I did check that (because I read that at the SMF forums) but everything seems to be in there once...
Try searching for this:
function ssi_shutdown()
in SSI.php
Is it in the SSI more than once?
attach your SSI.php file here if you'd like.
thanks for the replies!
Here's my ssi.php file
Doesn't look like its being redeclared.
I notice that you have the error showing up in a block.
Are you using a block code snippet perhaps?
Is so, maybe you could post that up?
I suspect that it's being redeclared from there.
This is the reason you should turn blocks OFF while IN THE ADMIN section of your forum. If you can't get to your admin section because of this block, open up your index.template.php and search for leftbar.
Find this section of code:
if($context['TPortal']['leftbar'])
Change it to this:
if(empty($context['TPortal']['leftbar']))
This should disable your leftbar so you can go in and turn off your left block that is causing the problem. Remember to set your blocks to OFF in the admin section while you're at it. After you've fixed it just change the code back above.
thanks!
I've turned them off. I also found out what was causing the error. In my 'who's online' block there was a require ssi line of code. I've deleted that line, now it's working fine again.
Thanks for the support!
I am having this same problem.
