Title: How to do a manual install in 1.1.2?

What package and how do I do a manual install of TP? I did search and read topics, but I'm still not clear on what TP package/files to use and how. When I upload the package, I then can't get package manager to apply the mod, as described in this topic (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=14225.0).
