Install Ichbin Package on SMF 1.1.2 but no TP does not shows up.

In the package manager it shows that its already install but. On my forum it just show SMF without TP.

Well i just finish upgrade using webinstall from my old ver 1.0.9 after the upgrading the the TP is gone.

I have this error when i try to uninstall...

After going tru i realise all the failed folder is 644..could this be the cause?
