Thought I would place this here for anyone interested.
The technical support forum I use for my customers runs SMF. I do mention Tinyportal as one of the software packages we use to build websites as well as including several examples of TP instances and what TP can do for your website.
Hosting, without a web design package runs for $100.00 per year, with many features not offered by many hosts.
