can someone tell me how to create a forum like this but for my own clan, i've seen it before with another clan and i just want to know how to make one for my clan.

Well, you start off with getting your self a good host to have your site on.
Then youpoint the browser to www.simplemachines.org and download the full install package of SMF or use their webinstaller.
Then when you have donw those steps, you can come back here and we will help you get the rest set up for you regarding the postal system and the themes we have to offer, both free and paied.
But to get you started, you need to go to Simplemachines.org first.
