I am looking for a mod that will allow people who are advertising on the site to log in and see stats. Is this possible?

I think you will get the best answer on that on Simplemachines.org as the forum and posts are their coding.
So please browse there and look in the mod section of the forum and ask your question there.

admin>Permissions>Permissions by Membergroup>Guests>Modify, under General section, check.. View forum statistics, save changes ;)
