Hi, I just recently upgraded my TP to v0.75 and discovered the full potential of articles using iframes and I must say I'm loving itÂÃ, :-*
I'm having some cosmetic issues though which I haven't been able to resolve myself. For some reason I'm getting what seems to be double borders on the bottom and right side of the article section, which results in a thick white border (link 1 (http://www.zonewarriors.com/forum/index.php?page=6)) <-- not so visible, better look at next example!
Another article page also has this thick border at the bottom, but the right border looks like as if it the iframe content doesn't fit horizontaly (link 2 (http://www.zonewarriors.com/forum/index.php?page=4)) , but that can't be the case. (I noticed that the thick white border also appears on the right when I downsize my broswer window)
The contents of these articles is:
link 1: echo '<iframe src="http://bf2tracker.com/webspec/index.php?addr=213.239.188.38:16567:29900"
height="800" width="100%" Scrolling="no"></iframe>';
link 2: echo '<iframe src="http://www.zonewarriors.com/si2/si2.php"
height="550" width="100%" Scrolling="no"></iframe>';
I'm I doing something wrong here?
I dont see anything there that shouldn't be there (in Firefox, that is). Looks good.
You know what? You're absolutely right. Nothing wrong from where I'm at right now either. I swear it wasn't looking ok when I was at work. Perhaps its the lighting in my office or that 17" CRT monitor :uglystupid2:
Although that does obviously not explain the the 2nd issue I was experiencing, but that also does not appear on my setup at home ???
I know this is wayyyyyyyyy old but it really helped save my bacon
Wow.. that is thread necromancy.

Wow.. that is thread necromancy.
lmao I had to look that one up
QuoteThe act of posting in a thread on an Internet Forum, that is already considered dead, and out of discussion.
Comes from the word thread, the flow of a discussion in a forum, and the word necromancy, the raising of the dead.
I knew what necromancy was, just never associated with it with topics lol
Now filed under the "cool-responses-that-brighten-my-day" category. ;D
One thing I am noticing that is really Kool is that when you right click on the page to view the source all you see is the SMF and TP code and not the your Javascript. Great as the script I built was stolen several years ago and the dude still claims it is his even though he missed my name and copyright in one part of the script. Let the guy try now to steal my work without my concent. Ah! But where there is a will there is a way.
BTY, Yes it was with the search feature that pointed me to this thread as I've learned to rely on it as a very important useful tool.
Guy
I'm pleased the thread helped you :]
/me mutters.. "bury it again... twill be 150 years till it's raised again" :P
