I don't like internet explorer because it has alot of errors with other websites. I know by experience with my website; if there is a problem, i ask for help and sometimes it comes down to "ok, what browser u using?" and im like IE7 and there like "well, theres no problems with Firefox".

I am going to switch soon but as of now, I am using IE7 :)

I am using both browers right now. FireFox 2.0.0.1 and IE6 right now!

Up until recently I had always used IE  .  Now that I have started using firefox I never use IE.  The reason is firefox just has a better feel to it.  To me it is more customizable.  Has a more user friendly feel to it.  And thats my 2 cents worth.

I have been using FireFox for a while now and the reason is that there are so many less browser errors using Firefox. IE just has to many loose ends in it and it causes to many issues on sites that don't have all the fixes for IE built in to them... IE could be a really good product if Microsoft would take the time in building it like it does its Offiice software (BY the way Office 2007 Kicks Butt).

I don't like all the plug-ins with FF.  I just like to use browsers out of the box   :o

Well I'm using both also. I just like Firefox much better. I just think it makes sites look much better, but it also depends on the site. For me Firfox is much faster and easier. My internet explorer is so slow sometimes it doesn't even load. ??? But when it does it just says "Program not responding" and then I eaither have to click "Cancle" and wait 10 minutes or I click "End Now" and it just closes the internet explorer. So I like Firefox...

If you use both, choose your favorite :D
Now when I was using Internet Explorer 7 i thought everything was going great until one day my forum started appearing with the left blocks in the middle and the rest of the page after that :(
I'm definitely switching. The hell with this IE :tickedoff:

No version of IE supports XHTML, so that should be enough to make anyone change. You left out Opera though ;)

I'm only doing those two because IE has big problems and Firefox is the most popular :)

Yes, IE have major problem's but i never have a problem on forum's or site.  But IE just froze up on me and make me restart the computer again.

I am using FireFox the most now.  I like FireFox and seem like it don't have that many problem's..

i cant believe it FF3 is already in the works, they even released an Alpha release only available to developers and testers currently

From what I read it will be focusing more on 'memory usage' so that firefox runs faster on PC and is less heavy on the CPU

Dont have a clue when it will be released though

I'm with eldÊÅ'kaː, Opera 9.1 I've used Opera since Opera 6.

I have it set up EXACTLY as I want it. The buttons I want, in the order I want. Three search boxes, images, web and in page with my most commonly used sites in a personal toolbar under the main toolbar. I also have buttons to open the open tab in IE 7 or FF2, but I only use those for checking how something displays.

Firefox here, but I am glad to hear they are concentrating on the memory usage now. When I am converting DVD files or some other resource intense projects I will use IE because it will load and run faster during those times. I hate using it since becoming familiar with FF over the last 2 years, but will when needed.

Actually it is available to the public , A simple google search of FireFox 3.0 Alpha download will bring you to Mozillas ftp site where you can download it , I was just using rapidshare as a filehost so i wasnt actualy distributing illegal software , I was just distributing the software through a different source rather than mozillas file host.

I am running vista ultimate and FF 2.0. have no issues.  The biggest program I see not compatible is ITunes. I called apple and they said it will be a while before it is compatible and recommended not to upgrade to vista....

I use both IE 7 and Foxfire 2.0.0.2

I use Fox more because it stores your passwords, unlike IE that asks and claims to hold them but sometimes doesn't render them. Fox holds them until you delete them.

I don't use that part of IE anyways. And by the way... it is Windows storing the passwords not IE. If you buy Roboform it is awesome. It stores passwords easy with unlimited but costs 30 USD. :D

Why use another program when there's FF?

Because IE7 has a better look and feel to it. Roboform integrates right in like a toolbar :D
