This has been bugging me and I don't know how to fix this. At the bottom of the page the scroll bar is on the site rather than at the bottom of the browser. I searched but I couldn't find anything similar.
A little more information would be helpful, please.

When does it occur, all the time, only on the front page, only when articles are viewed?

When I start to resize the browser smaller. It doesn't seem to matter what area I'm in.

I can see your problem, the articles and the forum are too wide. But try as I may I cannot get my test install of Aero to do the same. I have tried the three different width settings in 'Current Theme' with two sidebars.
Have you modified the theme at all?

What width have you set your Google ads to?
Take out your google adds and see if they are causing it. It doesn't happen in FF, only IE I think.
It is seemed to be caused by the center ad the demensions were 728x15. So that is hidden for now maybe another size will work better. Also is there anyway to have an image automatically scale down in an article block, so the goldfish doesn't go into the right panels when it resizes. I really appreciate your help.

I have a similar issue, I am using Bloc's Techhead_TP theme, SMF 1.1.2 and my page is wide, is there a mod to narrow it? I've seen the mod on other sites but I don't know if it would work here. My site is www.12144.com
The reason your board is too wide looks like it is the Business cards in the centre. If you want to display them like that I suggest that you move all the right side blocks to the left and turn the right sidebar off.
