Title: Block Manager Spawns Database errors.

Tiny Portal great and I really would like to use it. Unfortunately, after what looked to be a flawless install, I can't make any new Blocks.

I can edit and work with the blocks that come with the package, but when I try to make a block using the "add ...Block" buttons I get the"Out of range..." Database error, like so:

Out of range value adjusted for column 'var1' at row 1
File: D:\server\localhost\Sources\TPortalAdmin.php
Line: 223

I'm running a clean install of SMF 1.1.1 wi th TinyPortal v0.9.7.1 on localhost. Any ideas on a fix? I'd appreciate anything anybody could do.
