Fresh copy of SMF1.1.1, using the default theme and TP0.9.7

I applied the package - took about 3 seconds

I hit Install button about 20 minutes ago

???

it shouldnt take that long
it could be a browser communication problem with the net for all we know

check ur main page to see if its installed or not
also check in admin panel under packages to see if it shows up as instaled

nogo. I checked my directory tree and no add'l dir's for the TP stuff. Checked phpMyAdmin, no new tables.

I wiped the directories and tables. Doing a fresh install, then will try G6's manual install (looks pretty straightforward).

well dont worry sometimes things get stuck - its mostly browser request issues or a server request getting stuck

not reallt TP or SMF related

Think it's my host.

Tried the manual install. Worked perfect.
