Hi, I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but I tried every keyword I could think of and could not find what I was looking for...  :uglystupid2:

I have the article block and chose the article catagory for it, but is there a way to have it also include articles in subcatagories for that catagory?
Or even have the block include articles from all catagories/subcatagories instead of just one?

I am having the same issue, did you by any chance figure it out? It seems that you cannot have the following hierarchy:

Main Category
Article 1
  Sub Category 1
    Article 2
      Sub Category 2
         Article 3

This is a logical way that hierarchy should follow but it does not work in TinyPortal.

The most you can do is:

Main Category
Article 1
Article 2
   Sub Category 1

No articles can be viewed for Sub Category 1 even if you add them. This sounds like a bug to me. What would be the purpose of having Subcategories if you can't have any articles under it?

The only way to do this is to take the Sub Category 1 and separate it by making it a a Main Category 2 but then it does not follow the proper hierarchy anymore if you wanted all of the articles to be related.

Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Nope I haven't unfortunately...that post was made almost a month ago and you are the only one to even make a reply to it  :-\

This is something that needs improvement. Not sure if it will make it into 0.9.8, but def. the next release.
