Title: SMF / TP / Coppermine?
Post by: OzExcalibur on January 15, 2007, 01:55:57 AM
Hey guys great work on TP, I have got it running on my SMF 1.1.1 just fine, and it works great, I can't wait for 0.9.8.

Now what I would like to do is move my Coppermine gallery from a subdomain on a different domain to my SMF / TP domain.

I.E. Coppermine is at http://subdomain.domain1.com and SMF / TP is at www.domain2.com, I would like to put Copermine at www.domain2.com/gallery.

SMF / TP is located in the root of www.domain2.com.

Is this even possible, and if it is, is there a way to bridge them together so that users only need the one login and password?

Both domains are hosted on the same hosting account with Servage.net.

Thank you in advance for any help you are able to offer.

Take a look in Bloc Code Snippets and check out iframes in a TP article, works great for Coppermine and many other pages. I've used iframes to pull dozens of HTML pages into my forums.

Here's two of my Coppermine gallerys:

The forum is still being built, it is a copyright education and help forum for Paint Shop Pro / Photoshop users, mostly people who make signatures, avatars, email stationary and that sort of thing, we are still moving all of the content from our M$N and Yahell groups over there.

The gallery is for members that need help identifying the artist of images they have and it is here (http://cszgallery.ozgrafix.com/).
