So the only thing that it's missing is the language pack

My guess would be that yes :)

I only find de language pack for the 0.95 and nothing changes.

I do this when I install
I upload the files of the manual instalation
then I upload your pack
and finally I run the manual install.php

It missing something?

Yeah, thats the problem, the language, I change the language to english and everything changes, I will think what to do next, thanks and happry new year
