WhizzyWig. Is this normal?

I am using SMF 1.1.1 and Modified TP ..9.7 (Modification only includes the 1.1.1 insertion so that I could install it)

No, its as it should. Whizzywig is lightweight compared to FCKEditor. I end up using that one more myself. :)
