I have upgraded TP to v0.9.7 but something went wrong and a load of stuff got doubled, i have sorted most things but i am not sure where to find the code that adds the shrink / upshrink for the left / right colums. at the moment i have four buttons instead of two under the header bar.

It's not a major problem but it's filling up my error log. :-\
In your [index.template.php] theres been a duplication of your Right Up shrinks...
Simply open it up and find the duplication links and remove them, click save. :)
