i didnt know where to post this.
but i installed TP v 9.7 and when i went to apply it it said
!!Error in Package Installation

At least one error was encountered during a test installation of this package. It is strongly recommended that you do not continue with installation unless you know what you are doing, and have made a backup very recently. This error may be caused by a conflict between the package you're trying to install and another package you have already installed, an error in the package, a package which requires another package that you don't have installed yet, or a package designed for another version of SMF.

well i installed it anyway to see what happened.
everything looks fine but the profile doesnt work  it says
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tpsummary() (previously declared in /home/barrios/public_html/theempiressquad/Sources/Profile.php:3008) in /home/barrios/public_html/theempiressquad/Sources/Profile.php on line 3058

and yea   a bunch of   Test Failed showed up when i applyed it.
i tryed re-installing it.
same thing.
i dont know

This should be fine now correct?

also check in Profile.php and search for redeclare tpsummary()

you will find 2 instances of that function...just remove one.
