I got this while playing with the theme chooser:

The requested URL /smf/1 was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I selected "bloczone4" after taking a look at "TechHead".
EDIT: it did it again.

This just happened to me. I'm not sure if I can exlain this right, but here goes...
If you notice when the page loads the thumbnail that is being displayed may not be the theme that is highlighted in the selector. If you then click the submit button you will get the error that Xarcell posted. But, if you click on another theme and the thumbnail then changes to the correct theme that is associated with it, the theme selector works fine. Just thought that might help you track it down Bloc. :)
ah, I see...I need to make sure it auto-chooses the correct one.
