Did anybody catch Jay Leno this week when he had the old lady giving advice. It was hysterical :2funny:.

This old lady [pushing 90] hair in a bun sits in a room with a tv camera behind her while she views a television.

People are given a microphone and they ask her for her advice.She adlibs. It is not rehearsed...

Well, this one good looking blond, maybe  25 or so,who was about to be married ask the old lady for advice on how to keep a marriage going forever.

Her advice was quite  amusing if not hysterical. You really cannot get the full effect without seeing her, but I will try It went something like this--

BTW--puss sounds like pus-y cat. She had a way of saying clean[kleeen] sort of elongated.

"The most important thing  for a long marriageis to keep "Miss Puss" Kleeeen. If miss puss is not Kleeen it is not good for a long marriage. It must always be Kleeen even at a minutes notice especially when there is no time to get miss puss Kleeen--so keep it Kleeen for emergencies. It is never too kleeen...

She was a regular on the Jay Leno show known as "the Fruitcake Lady".  She did several performances of the skit "Ask the Fruitcake Lady" over the number of years she's been on the show.  Always funny.

The other day was a tribute to her (she just passed away), and they showed a few higlights of her performances.  She was a sweetheart, and will be sorely missed.

God Bless the Fruitcake Lady, and may she keep God "chuckling" while she is up there with him.  :)
