A border issue?

Can anyone explian why i get this purple border? It shows only one the forum index.. also it shows on three of six mini affiliate banners?
Could it be an image host issue causing this?

Probably because the image is linked..you need to set border="0" in the <img> tags, if they are inbetween a <a href></a> tag.

yup..that was it...
imageshack: alt="Image Hosted by ImageShack.us" />
changed to:
<img src="h##p://xxxxx.fooooom.com/vbrush/images/crtv100x35.jpg" alt="+" border="0" />
