Frontpage slideshow.. recommendations?

Hi Guys,

I would love to incorporate a slideshow on my frontpage to notify my members of competitions and such on my website which when clicked will redirect them to the correct page... I have been reading up on all the slideshow posts and have been looking through google and have heaps of options but am looking for recommendations on which ones people are currently using and what they have found to be the best ones (of course needs to work in both IE and FF - something I have had trouble with in the past)... also if you do have it running on your website I would love to see it
