Shrink or expand the header

Up left, there are two icons that have the title "Shrink or expand the header". They do however serve a different purpose. They should perhaps be named with something different, like "Shrink or expand the left hand menu". It might also be a good idea to place those icons in correspondance with the menu they are shrinking or expanding.

Yes..its very theme -spesific, but I will put those perhaps at each side at least in the default theme modification.

I plan to develop themes that work right away with this mod, allowing for it to work normally as well, so these can put anywhere then.
