Support for languages

The support for languages is already built-in, but I havent gone through and put all strings in the language files yet. In the next release that will be done, and make it easy to translate all the strings used - mostly in tp-admin section.

I can help with tranditional chinese translation. Just list those string here and I will try to help with the best I can.
