Maximum execution time in download files !

Files in child category aren't downloadable !
Files should be in parent category ! 

in download setting , When I changed "Parent category" to "no-category"  we doesn't get this error and we can download all files in that category but we can't download files from child category !!!

I will report this to the bugtracker and let Bloc have a look at this.
