When i uploaded tp zip to the package manger it said: Package uploaded successfully, Package has been downloaded successfully.  But when i click apply mod it only has the files listed below, however it should have a lot more than that in the Installation guide.  I am using SMF 1.0.7.  Can someone please help me and tell me what i am doing wrong?

1.     Extract Tree     ./Themes
2.    Extract Tree    ./Sources
3.    Extract Tree    ./wysiwyg
4.    Extract Tree    ./tp-downloads
5.    Execute Code    tp_install.php
6.    Execute Modification    ./index.php    Success
7.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Load.php    Success
8.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/index.template.php    Success
9.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Subs.php    Success
10.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php    Success
11.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Security.php    Success

Nothing.

Did you go through with the install? It should work.

Are there any specific problems?

It seems OK to me, ehat do you think you are missing there?

The themes have folders and files IN folders, thats why it says "extract tree"
Same with the other "extract tree"

In there you have a lot of files and images that are going to be added.

If you are unsure and feel like you are missing some thing, you can always upload the files from the manual install package.

Indeed, that should be all of it.

As G6 said, "Extract Tree" lists only a top level folder. There can be a lot of other files and folders not shown under that folder (only thing listed).

"Execute Modification" only refers to a specific file.
