I have only gone a deleted my entire database for my forum I thought I was doing my test site and I didn't backup for over a week plus I have new members they are going to get a surprise when they try to log in oh well you live a learn

Just make sure the name you give any test accounts clearly indicate that they're test acounts, maybe call them "test account" or something along that line.

btw: the best database-backup and restore-prg. i know is:

the biggest db iÂÃ,´ve moved with the prg. was 2,17GB without any
problems.

iÂÃ,´ve worked a lot with other scripts but never found one wich is
works with almost every server.

Lesmond have you approached your hosts?  They may well have a more recent backup of your database as most decent hosts back it up quite regularly for you.

I did try but this is what they said...

I am sorry to say that your deleted data base cannot be recovered, the server received a database deletion
request (when you deleted it by accident)
Its an automated command and unfortunately once executed it cannot be reversed,
