When I clicked the Demo, Details or Download buttons, I get a 404.

EDIT: above true on the main page linked to in the op, when I clicked 'More Themes', that page had working links.

Seems that mod does cause problems for a few people.  Glad you found and sorted your problem.

Yes, recently I was updated all mods that I have installed including Pretty URL so it was not so difficult to isolate the problem.

Why was not publishing of any theme for a while?

   
• No, we are not in any stagnation. We working a lot new things for making our themes better.
• We are writing documentation for future easier edit of our themes. It will be done in that way, so beginners will know what is where.
• We are making code to be in compatibility with more mods or plugins that it is now.
• Also one big features in LGF also in SMF world, which we work on will be fully integrated chat with very great features.
