Have you added them to the allowed file extensions?

Tinyportal Admin > Downloads > settings > Allowed file extensions : zip,rar,doc,jpg,gif,png,pdf

You're welcome, hope it works out.

Oh, forgot to mention, on that same admin page, you might have to up the allowed file size limit to accommodate larger files.

Is there a way to know who downloaded the files. By default only number of downloads is shown.
