Cannot activate TP in SMF 2.0.2

I have upgraded my SMF to the new version 2.0.2 and now I want to install TP
I have uploaded TP to the folder Packages and I go to my admin panel and  to Package Manager.

Here I click on Install Mod
and I get an error warning me not to install.

7.    Execute Modification    SMF2/install.xml    Parse Error in modification
8.    Execute Modification    SMF2/install.xml    Parse Error in modification

how do I continue?

Are you installing the package as a zip or in the same zip format it downloaded as?
Did to try to download it again and re -install?

Now I managed.
a long walk home from office and a second (or fifth) try from another pc together with a trick of establishing an empty folder inside the folder Packages, called temp with full 777 made the wonder.
The temp folder is deleted again
