Forum Menu Seperate from TP

How can I get my forum menu separated from the TP menu like it is on the BZ13 theme?

I looked for the theme to download so I could study it, but I it doesn't seem to be available...

SMF: 1.1.2
TP: 0.9.8

There is a code snippet in the block code snippets that will do something similar to that.  As far as this theme it is used for tiny portal only right now.

I got it worked out with the code snippet I found....took some tweaking, but it works!

Sure thing.  Glad I was able to help.  Good thing about that snippet is it is there with all themes.
