Two Questions for the Shoutbox

I just installed tiny portal on my forum... and had a few questions about it's shoutbox.

Question 1: Right now, at least in the theme im using(TechHead) shouts appear on three lines

Name(in a box thingy)
Time
Shout itself.

To save space, id like it to appear as
Name: Time(in box thingy)
Shout itself.

Is there any way I can do this?

Secondly, I have placed the shoutbox on the right side of the screen. Is it at all possible to put the text box that you enter your shouts into on the top, and have the shouts appear below it, instead of having the shouts appear on the top and the textbox below it?

I dont think it has been asked before. But it would be quite nifty if it was like that by default.

what versions of smf and techhead are you using?

( I don't recall seeing this question either ...but I too think it can be done...)

I have re aligned things in other blocks, but not the shoutbox...shouldn't be too hard though...

prolly make certian changes in the shotbox.template Tportal.blocks..maybe?

SMF 1.0.6, whatever the latest version of tehchead is. =)(I downloaded it today)
