Title: ElkArte - TinyPortal Development Branch

I have just pushed a load of changes to the development branch so that TinyPortal will work on ElkArte 2.0.0 based on their lastest development branch.

There isn't any support for ElkArte 1.1.0 with these changes, due to the limited users I will probably not add any new features to that any more and just focus on this one.

Sounds fine to me. I have not been looking at Elkarte for some time, so cannot say I am aware of the latest there
