Have you checked the code added by TP in the SMF files, othen the code have been added wrongly, so go through the SMF files that TP adds the code to, and see so they are added where they should and also so no other code have been moved.
Most likly the Load.php file is the one to check so it's correct.

hi guys update on it ...... it resolved on it's own the page loads ok now.... maybe it got fed up of torturing me lol thanks for the help and more power!!

It could perhaps be a custom block of code you have in one of your blocks. Especially if you have a RSS feed. Remember to keep your blocks turned off in admin so that you can always access your admin panel if a block goes crazy on you.

this is what my host emailed me about the issue
"It is a bug with php. I have seen it on other servers before. We have a workaround to correct the issue."
