No forum button on portal

Default Forum Language: English
Theme name and version: Theme name here
Browser Name and Version: Reference from Crip
Mods installed: Mods listed here
Related Error messages: No Forum button on portal

I'm searching for a new theme, but with the themes I try I loose the forum button.
Can somebody tell me how I can get back a forum button in the upper bar.
If you are on the portal you have to go to last posts to get at the forum.
