Title: $txt['quick_login_desc'] no longer exists in SMF 2.1 RC4

Upgraded one of my sites to SMF 2.1 RC4 last night. One minor issue... The "quick_login_desc" language string was removed (https://github.com/BrickOzp/SMF2.1/commit/9fc8a8e7f3036e736903df5a50dc474b3f990791) in 2.1 RC4 since it was no longer used in SMF. However, that string is still used in TinyPortal. Adding it to TPortal.english.php fixes the issue (though technically you could add it to the index or Modifications language files as well)

Yes, we already fixed that in TP 2.1.0.
