I'm not sure if it's just me, but I figured I'd report that I have a slight problem with the menu manager. When I click the little up/down arrow to set the order of menu items it seems to make my menu jump around. In other words when I click a menu item to go up 1, it takes it up to the top or throws it to the bottom. Maybe a bug? Maybe something else, I'll let you decide.

Request: Would it be possible to make it so that certain menu items are only visible to a certain user group? Like the admin button.

I have found this kind of behaviour with placing blocks also.

Its a "bug" - more or less. the system for placing them up and down are not 100% accurate.... ::) I am looking at making it better.

Permissions on menu items? Its possible...i want it on categories, to make whole sections group-based, so that would naturally have to be reflected in the menu manager as well.

rgr. Thanks for the heads up.

Cool, that's fit my usage with creating shortcut menu for admin and moderators.

And it will be perfect if editing article permission to assigned group can be done as well :)

The menu manager doesn't work well for me either.
I found it easier simply to replace the content block with an HTML block and add links to each item in manually.
