I don't know if this is the right area or not...I've looked everywhere for a plain "Support" forum and can't find it.

I've searched these forums for an answer, so please don't tell me to search...

I have installed it with no problems, no errors.  It simply isn't showing up in my admin panel.  A friend helped me configure this on another site, actually HE configured it but he's not available at the moment and I'd like to learn and figure this out.  What can I check to make this work?

Be sure that you either have selected the SMF default theme or a TP-compatible theme. That's the first thing to look for.

I'm using the SMF default theme at the moment

JPDeni

It should have installed the code in the default theme. I'm sure someone else will come along with an answer. That's the only one I have. Sorry. :)

Make sure the TP language files are in the default/languages folder. Would also be nice to have a link to your site so we can see if TP installed ok.

well, its an adult fetish site so you're forewarned...

www.trampledelights.com/forums is the site.  The install process says it went in fine.  Not a single error, its just not showing up in the admin panel nor is it working on the site

IchBin

Thank you for the warning.
TinyPortal is not installed. I don't see any evidence of it even though it may have said it did in your admin panel. There's a topic in the installation board that you may want to read. It will tell you how to install TP manually if your package manager isn't installing it.
