Hi @rjen. It seems to me that it will be more convenient here to continue the dialogue.
My forum is here https://forum.wabisabi.by/, but it temporarily has "Go directly to forum index" on it, so I want to explain my question using your site as an example.
The menu of your site contains the
HOME Item (link https://www.tinyportal.net/index.php), which open the portal frontpage
and
FORUM (link https://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=forum) which go directly to forum
Is it possible to make a menu like this:
FORUM (link https://www.tinyportal.net/index.php) which go directly to forum index
and
PORTAL (some link of the form https://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=portal or https://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=portal) which open the portal frontpage
It seems that you have now completely disabled the frontpage by setting the frontpage to Go directly to forum index. If you want the frontpage / portal to be visible you should not use that setting, because it will never show.
If I understand your question correctly you DO want to have a frontage, but you want it to be accessible by another link than index.php?
Atm there is no option to do that in TinyPortal that I know of...
