One TinyPortal works for all versions of SMF.  It's the themes that need to be matched to the SMF version.

You need a TinyPortal theme, I have not heard that saphire was converted.
Can you give me a link to the theme, and to your site?
For now just use the default theme to get TP set-up the way you like it.

Or if you ask nice, im almost sure someone will help you when they have time and if you dont manage it yourselfe.
