I got an e-mail from a forum member today. It seems that he ran Ad Aware for a routine check and the forum came up as hosting a data mining cookie. He changed to the default theme for smf and Ad Aware didn't detect one. It only detected it in the mercury theme. I didn't confirm this as I don't run spyware.

Any thoughts as to whats going on?

Thanks, Z

Just checked the Mercury packages here on my machine, both ziped and extracted, i got no allert what so ever.
Tried with Nod32, Spybot search nad destroy. Webroot Spysweeper, Adaware.
