[bugtracker] Shoudox and ADV mess display when scrolling is on

It seems that both versions of Shoutbox modules mess display when scrolling is on. Also other Shoutbox  options, as block height, stop working,

- Scrolling code changed for Simple Shoutbox for TP 1.0.7 beta3.

As for Advanced Shoutbox I am not sure Stormlrd wishes to maintain it or not. If not I might incorporate some of the features in it into the Simple Shoutbox.
